Just a note about the George Boyle flight: “The mail was driven back to Washington and taken by train to Philadelphia”

I came to understand that the mail was flown the next day (by Lt. James Edgerton). So you have “first flight” cancelled covers leaving from Washington dated the 15 ánd 16th of May.
